Casal di Serra Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi 2022, Marche D.O.C., Italy: A burst of citrus oil and preserved lemon rides over a core of crisp apple and Seckel pear, while a flinty, sea-salt edge adds tension and drive. Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi food pairings: seafood Alfredo, pasta alla vongole, grilled chicken and veggie kebabs, salads.
