Dry, vibrant with a mouthful of dark fruit, crushed raspberries, currants, licorice with a long black cherry finish. Tannins are pleasantly grippy. Pour with roasted or slow-cooked game dishes. Christi Del Vesuvio Rosso food pairings: grilled steaks, veal chops, pork tenderloin, turkey.
