From Taub Family Vineyards, Heritance 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and full-bodied with ripe dark berry, plum compote and dark cherry jam, toasty oak and vanilla flavours on the palate. Balanced with good acidity for food. Tannins are velvety and rounded. The valley oak pictured on the label honors the family's provenance, while the diamond at the base of the tree represents the seed planted for generations to come. The wine was aged 18 months in French Oak barrels (60% new).

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: prime rib, grilled pork, game sausage cassoulet, roast beef, venison filet mignon, roast duck.

Heritance 2015 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an easy-to-love and enjoy Cab Sauv. from the Napa Valley wine region. Look for ripe blackberry, cassis, blueberry, cocoa, olive, minty, savoury herb and spicy flavours on the palate. Great structure on this California beauty that will continue to evolve into the late 20s. Pair with all things steak. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
