Just a stunning wine! Aromas of black fruit and berry, violet, cedar smoke, cocoa, and warm spice. Full bodied, well-integrated tannins that are smooth but still offer some structure. More smoky and spicy on the palate, with some dark fruit on the finish, which is lengthy. Enjoy with special friends and and celebrations.

Stunning, from one of Canada's top wineries! 45% Merlot 18% Syrah 19% Cab Sauv 13% Cab Franc 5% Petit Verdot, grown primarily in the Similkameen. Aromas of currant, blueberry, leather, smoke and dried herbs. Full bodied with well structured tannins, and nicely balanced ripe black fruit on the palate. More spice and leather on the finish. This wine would benefit from 1-2 hours decanting, or you could cellar it for 5+ years. Pair with braised beef short ribs or a grilled steak.

Wow! One of the most decadent wines I've ever tried. Icewine is a specialty in Canada and this is a flagship example. Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested in freezing temperatures and crushed immediately to extract the concentrated juice inside the grapes. What is awesome about this wine is the balance. For an incredible sweet wine, you never feel like it's too much, there is a nice backbone of acidity cutting through luscious flavours of strawberry compote and baked rhubarb. There is a richness on the palate, and a bit of a bite on the finish, almost like a heat of alcohol, although the wine is only 9.5% ABV. Truly lovely. Enjoy after a decadent meal by the fire. No other accompaniment is needed.

This is a powerhouse wine!! Aromas include black currant eucalyptus, cedar smoke and violets. Full bodied with firm tannin and some heat from the alcohol, as well as some brighter than anticipated acidity. Lots of dark fruit on the palate with more smoke and herbaceous notes in the finish. Lovely balance, enjoy over the next 10 years after decanting and pair with a hearty grilled steak.

Beautiful!! Blended from 37% each of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec and 1% Petit Verdot. Aromas of blackberry, mocha, leather, a hint of evergreen, cedar smoke and warm, sweet spice. Robust and full bodied on the palate, with a lovely softness of tannins smoothed with some decanting, some bright acidity, juicy blackberries, and a lengthy finish of smoke and spice. The perfect steak wine.
