Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The beautiful salmon colour sets the stage. A clean nose that eventually gives up lovely rose notes. It is on the heavier end of light bodied. The palate is silky and dry, just short of savoury. A pleasant medium length finish. Try it with chicken or seafood. Tasted May 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Lori Sweet rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Beautiful light pink/salmon colour with hints of rose and light fruit. A bit spicy on the palate yet very refreshing. Excellent as an aperitif. Would pair well with shrimp or salmon.

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A pretty shade of cotton candy pink. Ripe cherry and peach aromas before subtle raspberry and strawberry join the mix. Palate shows similarly, pleasantly dry with refreshing acidity. An easy-drinking rose that will be highly enjoyable with grilled pork chops, tuna steaks, or Mediterranean salads.
From Riviera del Garda, Garda wine region, Santa Margherita Stilrose 2018 is a new rosé wine created by an iconic producer. Fresh and elegant, look for juicy red berry fruit, soft citrus and dry herb flavours on this new offering made from Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino wine grapes.
