Blackberry with some ripe red fruit aromas, with a little floral and vanilla. Medium tannins, acid and finish. All around a medium to full bodied red, that would best paired with some red meats or a meaty Italian dish.

Beautiful ruby colour. Medium to full body. Sour cherry and red fruit on the nose, and a little spicy. Tart and fruity with young tannins. Drank on its own but would have preferred to pair it with some delicious BBQ'ed steak.

Aromas of sour cherry, plum, vanilla, blackberry. Grippy tannins and lots of them! The taste is black cherry and raspberry, with a short tannic cherry finish. This wine is certainly not about subtlety, and would need something like a pepper-encrusted rare steak to stand up to it.

Dark ruby and full-bodied. Nose is clean with aromas of cherry cordial, cough syrup, tangerine,floral, wet wood, sweet spices and herbs. Young, grainy tannins on the palate with flavours a duplicate of the aromas. Acidity is medium+, with a medium+ fruit driven finish. Tannins suggest some ageing potential however fruit could be lost. 2-3 years at most.
Pair with BBQ steak, hamburgers, game.
