Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: With a tip of the hat to the New Zealand model, this Chilean white features aromas of cut grass, asparagus, green pepper and green peas. Dry with palate-refreshing acidity. My note: A fresh, vigorous and lively wine with zesty notes of fresh straw, hay, grass, white melon and lime. Reminds me of a Pinot Grigio in its aroma profile as it’s far less grassy than some Sauvignon Blancs. An excellent value. Food matches: vegetarian lasagna, spicy shrimp, smoked salmon, cheese fondue, sushi.
