Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: Pale straw with a light mousse, bursting with sweet floral, citrus, orange blossom, apricot and candied fruit. Sweet with balancing acidity and a very clean mandarin orange finish. With just 5% alcohol it’s a perfect way to start a family brunch. My note: Every time I drink this wine, I wonder why I don’t drink more of it. I can’t image a better summer deck aperitif or accompaniment to grilled veggies and salads. It’s incredible low in alcohol so you can indulge and not drive the speed boat into the dock. Food matches: salads, shellfish, vegetarian dishes.

Serve this wine between 45-50 degrees Farenheit or 6-10 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
