Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Jason Solanki rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Not a fan of plastic corks, but good aromas emanating from it. Freshly tilled earth is the first thing you will notice, followed by cherry, toast, and smoke aromas in the glass. Strawberry, cherry, and some light spiciness at mid-length on the palate. A classic Pinot, but with a little weight added to this light- to medium-bodied red wine and slightly chewy tannins on the medium-long finish. Enjoyed this with Chardonnay Wine Biscuits, followed by a Canadian classic - Swiss Chalet. This one is yummy and highly recommended. Tasted Dec/2011.
An intriguing Pinot with approachability and complexity in equal measure. Medium ruby in the glass, with notes of tilled earth, plum, cherry, clove, cinnamon toast, and campfire smoke. Dry, medium bodied, fleshy and textured with spicy fruit interplaying with bright acidity and fine, slightly chewy tannins. Mouth-coating, medium-long finish. Enjoy over the next 5 years.
