Juicy great with generous layers of mouth-watering blackberries, blueberries and purple plums. Primitivo is the Italian version of zinfandel ... Fire up the barbecue! Food matches: seafood jambalaya, Moroccan-style lamb dish with cumin, coriander and paprika.

Cant tell the blueberry, but the blackberry and purple plum is pronounced
Rich and layered aromas of cherry, leather, mulberry and plum with a nice spicy complexity. Dry, full bodied, with nicely integrated tannins and balancing acidity that work very well with the significant depth of fruit. More spice too, and a lingering finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
