Tasting note:

Intensely sweet with a terrific richness. True maple and cranberry flavours mingle nicely. Serve well-chilled. Food matches: chocolate, vanilla ice cream, biscotti.

Made with cranberries and maple syrup. Closed nose, but flavours of cranberry, caramel and maple syrup come through on the lively palate. Sweetness cut by acidity from cranberries. Very nice! Tasted Aug/2012.
Made from our own local Muskoka cranberries, infused with local Maple Syrup for a uniquely Canadian dessert experience.
