Tasting note:

Ghost Pines have taken great advantage of the practice of “multi-AVA” labelling. Their blending of the best grapes from select Sonoma and Napa sites, has resulted in simply delicious wines, delivering exceptional value. They offer you, all wrapped up in the one package, the enchanting character of Sonoma as well as the power and precision of Napa. This spirited Cabernet is sure to elicit delighted reactions from your guests. Chocolatey with dark fruit. Full-bodied and smooth. Food matches: steak, meaty pasta.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Cabernet blended with Syrah, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and other varietals. Well structured with deep concentration. Firm tannins, with aromas of black cherry, anise, spice, and chocolate. Flavours are jammy, deep black berry, gentle oak, and chocolate. Perfect acidity, with ripeness, depth, complexity, and long finish. Source: Quarterly Review of Wines
