Tasting note:

Vintages Wine Panel: In 2001 Emiliana Vineyards became the first Chilean winery to adopt the international standards of care and protection of the environment through the ISO 14001. This blend of 88% Syrah, 7% Merlot, and 5% Viognier offers aromas and flavours of black pepper, cherry, smoke and vanilla. This organic wine has free sulphur of only 18 mg/L. My note: Rich and dark with fleshy blackberries and black plums. Full-bodied with smoky, toasty oak core. Food matches: barbecued ribs coated in a spicy sauce.
