Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
 | Domaine du Pré Baron belongs to the Terra Vitis organization, a group of French wine producers committed to producing healthy, high quality grapes without using chemical treatments or harming the surrounding flora and fauna. It embraces many of the principles of sustainable agriculture, organic viticulture and biodynamism, but is not officially certified under any of the governing bodies. There are hints of the New Zealand style of Savvy with this wine’s aromas of grass, gooseberry, lemon grass and grapefruit zest. The Loire influence shows up in the minerality on the mid-palate. |
