Tasting note:

Love it! Complex and exotic with intriguing aromas of white melon, lemongrass and chives. I find many pinot gris absolutely boring, but this one restores my faith in the grape.

Opinions about wine differ greatly as the experience is subjective. You may find it helpful to compare this critical evaluation of the wine with mine as well as your own:
Soft subtle aromas of spring flowers, citrus, slate and spice open this rich, complex and beautifully structured drop. Creamy smooth and richly textured on the palate, there’s a persistent stream of crisp refreshing flavour with ruby red grapefruit, tangy lemon and spice-infused yellow plum to the fore. Well paced, well priced and delicious, it sips well on its own or when paired with a deck chair and a good book. Score: 4½ (out of 5) Source: Vic Harradine, winecurrent.com

Serve this wine between 55-60 degrees Farenheit or 12-16 degrees Celsius. Tip: If your bottle is at room temperature, put it in ice water for about 30 minutes or in the fridge for about three hours to chill it.
