|Until recently, the blend of this fortified dessert wine was a long-held secret. We now know it is a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi and the local Rara Neagra. This deeply coloured dessert wine delivers an array of delicious aromas including plum, dried fruit, clove and allspice. Medium sweet, ripe and well-structured, this Port-like offering will make a lovely match for rich desserts.|
