Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Ever wondered what the fermented grapes used to make Port would taste like in a table wine? Quinta do Côa is perhaps the best example! Huge tannins so age appropriately! Uber luscious with tons of black plum cassis, leather and black licorice aromas. A very minty licorice spicy flavour on the palate. Gosh! What do pair with a wine that has such big tannins and luscious flavours? Medium rare rib eye roast, elk/bison medallions, beer tartar or even dark chocolate and spiced nuts!
This Portuguese red wine is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Tinto Roriz, and Touriga Franca grapes. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
