The name of this robust Californian Chardonnay -- Ca' Momi -- translates to "house of Momi' in reference to Momi dea Bionda, a vineyard manager in Italy's northern region of Veneto, where the three owners of this Napa Valley winery were born. Pair with butternut squash or pasta in a cream sauce.
