Tart and lovely! It’s a wake-up call for your mouth and needs food. Gorgeous aromas of lime, white peach, grapefruit and summer days. Let this wine have its way with you.

Riesling food pairings: shellfish, sushi.

From the vineyard that spawned Niagara’s first rieslings in the late ’70s comes a lovely, low-alcohol (nine per cent) edition that wafts green pear, lime, herbs and minerality — almost like a sauvignon blanc. It skates on racy, lacy acidity, perfectly pitched against a touch of sweetness. Displays great mouth-watering minerality. Source: Tony Love, adelaidenow.com.au
