So vibrant and fresh, this Chilean Sauvignon Blanc almost jumps out of the glass to meet you more than half way. Aromas of fresh cut grass, lemon zest and sunshine. Pair with shellfish and seafood. Incredible value.

Reviews and Ratings

Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This was my weekend wine pick: a lovely Sauvignon Blanc from the Leyda Valley in Chile. Herbal aromas and flavours along with hints of citrus, grapefruit and passion fruit. Paired well with creamy cheeses and almond salmon. I also like to pair Sauvignon Blanc with creamy desserts like vanilla sponge cake. 13% alcohol. Available at the SAQ (SAQ code: 14250377) at $16.05.

Leyda Valley is nestled in the rolling hills of Chile’s coastal mountain range. Located just eight miles from the Pacific Ocean, it has distinctly cool maritime climate. Leyda is home to some of the most elegant, expressive cool climate wines from Chile.
Viña Leyda Reserva (2016) is a great value, crisp, clean and fresh Sauvignon Blanc with grassy and lemon zest flavours. Buy two at this price and pair with grilled seafood tonight. - Community Wine Reviews
