Floral and raspberry aromas with cherry, raspberry and earth notes on the palate. A lighter pinot that paired perfectly with cedar planked salmon.

This Oregon Pinot Noir from Union Wine Company Underwood (2015) is raspberry, and strawberry on the nose, dried herbs on the palate and finishes with zesty acidity. Oregon's Umpqua Valley was created by the collision of three mountain ranges: the Klamath, the Cascade and the Coastal. The resulting network of hills and valleys contains some 150 different soil types. Pinot Noirs from this area are known for their refreshing acidity and bright red berry fruit flavours. - Community Wine Reviews
