From Tenuta Sette Ponti, Oreno 2021 is a big, medium-plus-bodied and muscular Tuscan red produced from organically-grown 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot grapes. Rich, concentrated and vibrant with layers of ripe dark cherry, cassis, dark plum, fragrant with violets and pink rose petals. Tannins are ultra fine. It's beautiful now, but give it some time in bottle to show its best. Drink from 2026 to 2035.

Reviews and Ratings

Oreno 2021 is a big, medium-bodied and muscular 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot Tuscan red wine blend produced from organically-grown grapes. Fragrant with pink and blue florals, this vintage is rich and concentrated on the palate with dark berry, cassis, plum, juicy acidity and fine-grained, textured tannins. Excellent now, but will be even better with a bit of bottle age, so buy a few and follow its journey from 2027 through to 2035. - Community Wine Reviews
