This lovely, organic Niagara white wine is made from the nervy Riesling grape. So aromatic and complex, yet so deft and light in alcohol. Aromas of lemongrass, lanolin, dried herbs and white peach. Deep core of minerality. Pair with grilled seafood, roast turkey or chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Floral nose leading with citrus blossom and white floral. Mild inklings of petrol before green apple, lemon, and peach appear. Dry with great acidity, so racy and crisp. Minerality through the palate and finish, healthy doses of slate and wet stone. A light, pleasant, and dry Riesling perfect for fresh shellfish, lemon chicken, or pork with applesauce.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This is a beautiful wine. Slightly floral, with aromas of flint, lemon curd, lime zest, and a soft herbaceous note. Soft on the palate with medium acidity, and flavours of pear, lemon-lime and some wet stone and a lingering finish. Enjoy with fish tacos.
