juicy, full-bodied and satisfying with black fruit. Smooth. Shiraz food pairings: lamb burgers topped with cheddar, pepper steak topped with sautéed mushrooms.

This Shiraz is very lithe considering its alcohol content (15.9% by volume). Aromas suggest blackberry, menthol, smoked meat, tobacco and pepper (black and cayenne). Dry and fruity with an ultra-smooth texture and rather elegant in a warm climate New World context. Nice, long finish. A Shiraz that defeats initial expectations. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
