Spectacularly rich and full-bodied, especially for the price. Wow. Fleshy dark plums and blackberries. Perfect for backyard barbecues and potluck gatherings involving meat.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: barbecued meats, grilled Portobello mushrooms with balsamic dressing.

Luis Pereyra who founded Santa Carolina used to save his best wines for his family, dubbed the Reserva de Familia and kept in his private cellar. Fortunately, times have changed and we can all enjoy this powerful, highly extracted red wine that was aged in oak barrels for 14 months.
