Tart and mouth-watering with mysteries of black cherry aromas and flavours. Almost full-bodied, complex and not overly fruity. Great acidity for planked salmon. Pinot Noir food pairings: prime rib, grilled steaks. Best Beef Wine

Beginning to offer hints of mature complexity. Dried cherry, smoked meat, leather, vanilla and raspberry jelly aromas with a dry forest floor in the background. Smooth and delicious. The lithe palate opens with some fresh cherry added to the flavour replays. The balance, structure and fine tannins suggest a lifespan that will reward till 2018+. Mocha-dusted red-fruit finish.
