Rutherford Ranch 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is dry, full-bodied and a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon with the balance in Merlot, Petite Sirah, Malbec and Petit Verdot, with each varietal adding their own special flavours and components to the mix. Matured for 12 months in a mix of French and American oak barrels, the wine is rich on the palate with ripe dark fruit, mint, black olive, savoury herbs and toasty oak spice flavours balanced with fresh acidity.

Reviews and Ratings

Rutherford Ranch 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with dollops of Merlot, Petite Sirah, Malbec and Petit Verdot added to the mix. A lovely balance of ripe dark berry, cherry and spicy flavours on the palate with light, velvety tannins and food versatile. Pour with a variety of meat and vegetable kebabs from the grill. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews
