Projection's Winemaker's Cut 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has a small portion of Petite Sirah (15%) added to the mix. The wine was aged for 10 months in a combination of new and neutral oak barrels and is an amazing value Lodi wine region, California Cab at $22. Bold and beautiful, the wine is showing a mouthful of cassis, dark plum, cherry, vanilla and smoky, toasty oak spice flavours sultry and silky on the palate.
