Full-bodied and powerful with the Australian sunshine in the fruit, yet with the perfect manners and French private school. Robust dark fruit hemmed in by a perfect seam of barely detectable acidity and a long finish that lasts a trans-Atlantic flight. This is one of the most iconic and classic wines of Australia.

Shiraz food pairings: lamb cutlets, black bean soup, steak.
