Made with Organically Grown Grapes. Made with hand-picked certified-organic grapes grown in the Central Valley, the Palin Cabernet Sauvignon is the creation of one of Chile’s most respected and innovative winemakers, Alvaro Espinoza. Fifty percent of this organic Cab was aged for six months in French oak and the other half in stainless steel. Full of deliciously ripe fruit, this well-structured red is balanced by lovely toasted notes and finishes strong with a persistent finish. Our Quality Assurance Laboratory has determined that is wine contains 24 mg/L of free sulphur.
