Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Tastes like summer in a glass! Aromas of strawberries, lime, and orange zest. Medium bodied, light on the palate with some vibrant acidity. The fresh berry and citrus notes are so refreshing! Enjoy with any summer salads or light lunch fare.
L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely medium salmon coloured wine, dry, with pleasing acidity and a pronounced aroma of sour cherries, strawberries, a bit of peach and a floral note. Pronounced taste of sour cherries and strawberries in the mouth with that hint of peach and white flowers. Stood up very well to peat smoked salmon but simply grilled scallops would be a better match.
A rich tasting rose. Also pairs well with friends and a summer day. Niagara College Teaching Winery is well worth seeking out; they produce great value wines of great taste and can be ordered online.
