A superb, full-bodied red wine with layers of hedonistic pleasure! The best of New World power, energy and black fruit concentration in great balance, depth and length on the finish. Perfect for hearty meat dishes. Amazing price for this quality.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: hearty meat dishes, hard cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Louise Wilson - ISG Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A classic new world Cabernet with pure blackberry fruit and cool peppermint notes, supported by med to high well polished tannins and fresh acidity. Perfect alongside a pan fried New York Strip, and a welcome guest at any dinner party. Tasted Feb 2014.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 10% Merlot and aged for 12 months in French oak. - Winery

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
