Bottle size: 750 ml
Natalie's Score: 88/100
Tannic with tart black fruit. Aromas of varied dark fruits, smoke and cedar. Full-bodied: decant 2 hours. This will also do very well in the cellar, but even better in your glass.
Malbec food pairings: grilled radicchio, lamb cutlets, pasta, beef tenderloin.

|Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:|
The 2010 Mendel Malbec has intense aromas of charred wood, cigar box, clove and black cherry. It is a medium bodied, extra-dry, fruity to integrated wine; with forward acidity, tight tannins (decant for 30-60 min) and a medium to long finish. This is a sipping wine; drink 2014 – 2018 (cellaring potential +1 pt). My impression: NICE to BEAUTIFUL, 90(+1) pts – recommended for its quality. Tasted Nov/13.
