Reviews and Ratings

Julia Kelada rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

You know..... for a wine that is under $15 this is an amazing, punchy Pinot!
Is it a true representation of a Pinot.... well i'm not sure it is, but it is still, non the less, a great personality wine!
On the nose there are warm hedgerow tones on a sun baked day. Fruits of raspberries, red currants and red cherries. There are perfumy notes of an old English flower garden and dried Lavender.

On the palate there are red cherries, red currants, raspberries and dried cranberries. Notes of warm and woody hedgerow, tones of cedar and dried pot pouri. Warm coffee opens up to smooth tannins and then reveal spice notes of nutmeg, cloves and vanilla. The finish is lengthy but delicate. For a Pinot I feel that this is a stron wine , but non the less, very good value for a wine with personality!

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
