Natalie's Score: 93/100The vines for this Pinot grew in clay soil. I love the seam of acidity that runs right through the fleshy heart of this wine: It’s like the shudder that runs down your back with a soft caress. Redolent of ripe cherries, strawberries, fresh-turned earth and violets. A romantic dinner will never be the same if you crack this one open. I’ve also reviewed the 1500 ml magnum size for this wine in this release.
Pinot Noir food pairings: meatloaf, hamburgers, grilled steak, fried chicken, pizza, mild curries.
