Château Phélan Ségur La Croix Bonis 2016 is the third wine of Château Phélan-Ségur. Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes sourced from select parcels on the Phélan-Ségur estate in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Dry, medium-plus-bodied, rich and spicy with a mouthful of ripe dark plum, dark cherry, dark chocolate flavours vibrant on the palate, and framed with plenty of structured tannins. This wine demands food! Feed it a ribeye steak from the grill done rare. Drink or hold.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
