La Crema is a classic buttery California Chardonnay from Monterey. Always enjoyable, lush with ripe pear, tropical fruit, buttery and smoky flavours delivered on a silky palate. Although, there is a lot of warm, sunny days in Monterey moderating cool ocean influences allow the Chardonnay wine grapes to ripen evenly and completely. Nicely balanced. Enjoy with smoked whitefish.

Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A super reliable, super delicious consistent pleaser. Refined, with buttered toast, lemon meringue pie and grilled pineapple and a hint of smoke. I love the finesse it delivers for the price. Try with pasta with smoked salmon and dill sauce. @wrightwineblog
La Crema is buttery and lush on the palate. Full-bodied with a silky palate of tropical fruit flavours, ripe pear, lemon curd and smoky, toasty oak on the finish. Good acidity for food. Pair with roast chicken. - Community Wine Reviews
