Great value for money Gruner showing all the classic flavours of Austria's native grape while still being easy to drink. It's fresh with notes of passionfruit and lime leaf, with an attractive floral aroma of white lillies and the typical white pepper note on the finish. Try with Burrata salad, with tomatoes and basil, perhaps a charcuterie board on the side @wrightwineblog

An elegant, lean and mineral Gruner. Not overly fruity, but full flavoured none the less. Spices on the nose like white pepper and cumin, with a citrus note of tangerine and lemons and a slightly herbaceous finish with fennel and celery. Try with a Burrata salad, with marinated kale and grilled beetroot and pistachio nuts @wrightwineblog

A deliciously fresh and zingy example of Austria's signature grape. An array of ripe fruit on the palate, from fragrant pink grapefruit to lemon zest and freshly squeezed lime, all finished all by a hint of white pepper and chopped basil. Full and rounded in the mouth, making it an excellent partner for food. Try with a grapefruit, cashew nut and rocket salad with sliced avocado and a harissa dressing @wrightwineblog

A moreish, quaffable, juicy wine with very smooth and soft tannins. Full of flavour but not heavy, it is the perfect mid week wine or great at a party. Try with lamb burgers with halloumi cheese and fresh chilli @wrightwineblog

The freshness of this Ripasso makes it stand out as something special. Full bodied and full of flavour but with a crunchy fresh acidity that renders the wine delectably elegant on the palate. The judicious use of oak really rounds the quality of the wine finishing in fresh baking spice and black fruit. Try with pork kebabs with black bean and garlic sauce and steamed greens @wrightwineblog
