Klinker Brick 2018 Zinfandel is the winery's flagship Zin produced from Old Vines Zin between 60 and 120 years of age. Grapes are hand-harvested from over a dozen blocks. Delta Breezes and the fogs associated with them cool the grapes and help retain above average acidity. Look for ripe dark cherry, strawberry compote, cranberry, coconut, vanilla, anise and cedar brush spice flavours rich and concentrated on the palate. Barrel fermentation also adds structure and a rounded mouthfeel to the wine. Enjoy with bison burgers and venison ribs from the grill.
