Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve 2019 Pinot Noir is produced from grapes sourced from the Montague Vineyard in Four Mile Creek. Elegant and fresh with bright cherry, red currant, strawberry, raspberry, fine dried herbs and a kiss of spice on the palate. The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 18 months. Enjoy with roast turkey.

Reviews and Ratings

Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Stunning aromas like plums, red cherries and pinches of smoky cedar team up with layers of freshness leaning cranberry and cherry flavours in this delicious Pinot Noir, one that Jackson - Triggs describes as Grand Reserve.

From Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula appellation, this pinot feels medium bodied, juicy, down right dry, silky, with light touch tannins and a long fruit focussed finish. In other words, it feels lovely.

I’ll serve this with roasted chicken.
