Lemon zest and delicate white floral notes on the nose. One of the most subtle and elegant soaves I've ever tasted. Medium-bodied: great aperitif or companion to many dishes from seafood to salads.

Soave Classico food pairings: pork skewers.

Andrew Bernardo Wine Journal rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Citrus, honeysuckle, pluot, golden raisins, yellow kiwi and ripe pear. Fresh acids, and a mineral-tinged finish. This is a perfect example of where forward-thinking Soave producers are heading. An easy 91 points. (ottawawinejournal.com)
This wine was awarded the coveted 3 Glasses (out of 3) in the 2012 Gambero Rosso Italian Wines guide. The delicate nose offers subtle and lovely notes of butter cream, yellow plum, white flowers and stony mineral. Extra dry, medium bodied and focused with a crisp mouthfeel. Tangy, with green apple tones emerging. A refreshing finish. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, Feb. 2013

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
