An incredibly rich and concentrated wine with intense aromas and layers of blackberry liqueur flavour. Demands hearty meat dishes and won't be satisfied until you are . Bring it on! This is a flagship label for this winery and you'll know why when you taste it. It's a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre grapes (thus, the trinity). Lovely dark raspberry notes on a long, and ultimately satisfying finish. Worth every penny.
Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre food pairings: hearty meat dishes, black bean soup, Balsamic Grilled Radicchio with Shaved Pecorino, lamb, herb-rubbed roast chicken.

|Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:|
The Holy Trinity Trio of Grenache Syrah and Mourvedre is heaven in a glass. Modeled after some fine wines from the south of France, this Australian beauty is full-bodied and spicy. Flavors of dark fruits and blueberry with hints of spice and licorice. Would pair very well with roast duck, roast pork or all by itself as the perfect way to end an evening.
|Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:|
The 2010 Grant Burge ‘The Holy Trinity’ wine is sourced from 50 to 120 year old Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre vines in 38-36-26 % proportions that were aged in French Oak for a total of 18 months prior to bottling. It has intense aromas of green pepper, stems, dates on the nose and red currant, dates and yogurty plums on the palate. It is medium bodied, extra-dry, fruity wine; with forward acidity, refined tannins (decant between 1-2 hours) and a long finish. Enjoy with food; drink 2014/15-2018+. My impression: NICE, 89 pts. Tasted Dec/13.

Brick red in colour. Elegant nose with vibrant aromas of blueberry, red cherry, raspberry and violet notes. Incredible concentrations of deep cherry, blackberry and plum fruits. Long persistent finish with layers of licorice cinnamon and spice.
