Vintages Wine Panel: Made with a unique clone of Sangiovese, the wines of Brunello di Montalcino continue to be among the greatest that Tuscany has to offer. My note: A juicy, layered red for aging. Tart cherries, earth, leather and tobacco.
Sangiovese food pairings: quesadillas, grilled kobe beef, grilled vegetables, asaparagus.

|Dan Trcka Wine Blogger rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:|
The 2003 Fuligni Brunello Di Montalcino is medium bodied, with intense aromas of INTEGRATED to aged red berries (namely red currant), leather, cedar, vanilla and liquorice. Tannins are refined to tannic (decant more than an hour) and the finish is medium to long. This wine is wonderful to drink now, but still has a potential to age and can last for more than 10 years. My impression: BEAUTIFUL, 91.5 pts - would recommend. Tasted Nov/10.
