A well-made robust red with black fruit and mocha notes. Yes, this is from the producer of The Godfather, Dracula and other box office hits. The winery is well worth visiting in Napa as you'll find a great collection of movie memorabilia there, along with a solid line of wines. Pair this red with re-watching Apocalypse Now. Decant for 2 hours as there's a tannic grip on the palate. Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pork tenderloin, spaghetti with meatballs and sausage, roast lamb, game meats, slow-roasted beef, rich fall stews. Perfect Pasta and Tomato Sauce Wine

Deep ruby colour with aromas of cassis, woodsmoke, coffee grounds, raspberry and vanilla. Dry, very elegant Cabernet with good aroma replays. Focused acidity and moderate tannins make this a very food-friendly wine. Coppola has always understood the importance of wine at the dinner table, and this fulfills that requirement perfectly.
