Classic gewurz! Rose petal, lychee and baking spices. Some kind of wonderful with Asian dishes, spicy and hot. Lovely floral finish.

Gewürztraminer food pairings: seafood tempura, summer salads.

Here’s a captivating Gewürz that’s gloriously evocative of summer. Aromas and flavours of lychee, honeysuckle, white roses and honeydew melon are rich and heady, and there’s a juicy acidity wrapping the whole thing up with a bright ribbon. A good choice. Source: Vintages Wine Panel, April 2013
