Famille Perrin Tavel Rosé 2011 Wine Review
Natalie's Score: 92/100Rose is a carefree wine but this one is complex is the most delightful way! Layers of rose petal, strawberry and sunshine. Love it!
Rosé food pairings: grilled chicken, seafood salads, bouillabaisse, pork tenderloin, grilled lamb chops.

|Tavel, especially from talented producers such as Perrin, produces some of the richest, yet driest, rosés on the market. They work beautifully as sippers and are quite adaptable to a variety of foods. The Perrin 2011 is a lovely blend of mostly Grenache with Mourvèdre and Cinsaut in support.
