Errázuriz 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon is a vegan-friendly 100% Cab with grapes sourced from a selection of vineyards in the Panquehue area in the Aconcagua Valley wine region. Although from a hot vintage, this dry, medium-plus-bodied red is refined and elegant with bright red fruit, fine herb and spicy notes balanced with brilliant acidity on the palate. The wine was aged up to 14 months in French oak barrels. Drink through 2028.

Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Matt's review: Deep colour, the nose shows black plum, currant, herbs, spice, and prominent graphite minerality. The palate is fresh with impressive balance. Fine grained and well integrated tannins make this Cabernet ripe to enjoy now and over the next five years with braised dishes, aged cheese, and BBQ burgers alike. Tasted November 2023. 90 points.
