Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

My tasting note and Natalie's differ substantially here. Could it be extra time in bottle? or a different batch of grapes from the same year? Regardless why, I found this Zin to be very oak dominated both on the nose and the palate. The oak presents itself in a combination of ways including heavy charred aromas and vanilla. Additional time will not bring a better balance so drink now.
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Stewed raspberry, cherry and blueberry jammy and hints of minerality notes dominate the aromas. The palate shows off a bit more angles thajust ripe berry fruit with a nice minty dark chocolate note. A good value-priced Zinfandel. Enjoy with grilled chorizo sausages. Tasted May 2017 by @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
From Mendocino County, Edmeades (2013) is juicy plum and a mix of blueberry and dark berries. Tannins are soft. Zinfandel wine grapes for this wine are grown in the Anderson Valley, along the rugged coast mountain ranges with sunny hillsides. Wines are fermented with native yeasts. - Community Wine Reviews
