Dunn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Dunn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 Wine Review
Delicious and over-priced. Mocha with dark fruit and luscious layers of black plums and dark spices. If budget isn't an issue, buy a case! 4.6/5 Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: prime rib, filet mignon.

|This deep and complex Cab is built for the long haul, and is just now starting to open up and hint at its full potential. Bright, deep ruby-red. Reticent aromas of cassis, dark raspberry, leather ... Supple on entry, then a bit peppery and dry in the middle; has texture and flavor intensity but this is very backward and unyielding for this cuvee. Finishes with drying, rather clenched tannins but no heaviness. This will require patience... Score: 91(+?) Source: Stephen Tanzer, International Wine Cellar|
