Natalie's Score: 91/100

From Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Cloudsley Cellars Twenty Mile Bench 2019 Pinot Noir is a blend of grapes sourced from four vineyards. Pale garnet ruby in the glass, look for rhubarb, cherry, red berry and toasty spice on this delicate and youthful PN that linger on the palate. Tannins are grainy textured and the wine needs a bit more time to show its best. Try after 2024.

Reviews and Ratings

The Pinot Noir grapes for Cloudsley Cellars Twenty Mile Bench 2019 were sourced from several vineyards in the Niagara Escarpment wine region. Elegant and bright with ripe cherry, red currant, earthy and savoury herbs flavours on the palate, this PN Is balanced with spot on acidity and a pleasure to enjoy now, lightly chilled with veal medallions from the grill topped with butter-sauteed wild mushrooms. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
